The Brewhouse efficiently handles bulk raw materials, yeast propagation, super-sacs and bags, allowing for the generation of intricate malt-based cocktails and high-quality beers.

Our accessible 2.5hl brewstand offers a compact and manageable platform for both experimenting with new malt-based cocktails and producing small batches of specialty beers. It streamlines the brewing process, establishing a stable and well-organized setup for crafting beer and speciality beers.

To ensure precise control during fermentation and conditioning, our array of cylindro-conical fermenters (CCTs) takes center stage in the beer-making process. These fermenters are pivotal due to their consistent efficiency in producing high-quality beer. Our ingredient reception, holding and preparation room – stocked with over 400 ingredients – equips us to create a wide array of malt and spirit-based ready-to-drink beverages.
